Our recruitment process is divided into four steps, whose content and schedules may vary depending on the position.
You can apply online by filling in the dedicated form and attaching your CV. Your profile will be automatically forwarded to our team of Recruiters.
During this step, we will examine your information in relation to the chosen position and needs of the company, also taking into account your potential. If there is a match, the recruiter will get in touch with your directly. Otherwise, we will keep your profile in mind for any future opportunities.
The recruitment process varies greatly according to the position. During this step, we will meet you and learn more about each other during one or more interviews, as well as skill-based, technical and/or behavioural tests. The final decision will be taken by both the HR office and the department that the chosen candidate will join.
Our recruitment process does not end when the contract is signed, as our HR department will keep on following your recruitment. We want to make sure you’ll be on board.
