Spare Parts

Our Spare Parts Service relies on:
  • computer database, regularly updated, of all installed equipment. The items and assemblies composing each equipment are known and coded (technical documentation describing in detail any customization performed on the single machine is always available). This allows (together with a specific documentation consisting in spare-part manuals, with exploded drawings of the assemblies) to  identify unambiguously  the required spare-part;
  • availability of original spare-parts for the entire life of machinery. In case of obsolescence of any off-the-shelf components, Bottero makes up with repairs or interchangeable components (by using, if necessary and possible, adjustments and modifications  of machinery);
  • implementation of MRP methods for production and supply of spare-parts also, in order to minimize the delivery times;
  • quick shipping procedures all over the world;
  • special offers, so that the Customers can create their own  essential spare-part stock, in order to minimize the machinery downtimes;
  • expertise visits by Bottero technicians in order to check the operating state of machinery and the spare-part stock-on-hand, and to suggest and provide interventions targeted to the best possible upkeep of machinery.
