We are looking for a Technical Buyer with a background in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering and proven experience in international contexts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring high-quality technical supplies, electronic components, and materials required for production.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct global sourcing to identify reliable and competitive suppliers of electronic components and technical materials.
• Build collaborative and trustworthy relationships with key suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, contract terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure maximum product quality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand material technical specifications and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Evaluate the performance of existing suppliers and manage relationships to optimize the collaboration.
• Maintain an updated record of orders, delivery deadlines, and purchase-related data.
• Monitor market trends and technological innovations to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the role of Technical Buyer, preferably in companies with international suppliers.
• In-depth knowledge of technical procurement processes and global sourcing practices.
• Negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with international suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technical specifications of electronic materials.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and within a dynamic international team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (once or twice a year) internationally.
