The assistance service is efficient and highly qualified to face up to the Customer’s production needs and the specificity of the machinery. A strong collaboration with the Customer allows to identify his needs and any problems detected (production, mechanical, electrical, electronic, fluid, etc.).
Telephone assistance is guaranteed from the Italian establishment and the various branches worldwide, according to local working times, with mother-tongue staff.

Installations
The installation and commissioning service can be articulated in:
- Preliminary inspections in glassworks (when necessary and requested) for evaluation and planning the activities to be performed
- removal and moving machines
- supervision, by highly qualified Bottero technicians at the installation activities if they are carried out by the Customer’s staff
- calibration and start-up of the machinery, with particular attention to the production start-up phases in order to allow the operators to quickly and easily reach normal production conditions, with high yield
- training of operators and machine maintenance technicians directly on site
- turnkey installations with Bottero supervisors and staff (with site organisation)
All of the activities are performed with full respect of the Directives and Laws regarding Staff and Machinery Safety, via:
- perfect training and informing of Bottero staff
- co-ordination with the customer and any other Sub-contractors
- a careful and constant update of risk analysis
- the continuous presence of a glass process Bottero Manager
- co-ordination and constant contacts from the Bottero establishments
- the detailed planning of processes..

Remote Assistance
The remote assistance service bases its functioning on the connection between a control computer (situated in Bottero or supplied to the assistance technicians) and one or more computers to control (at the Customer’s establishment) via a high speed Internet connection. This connection can be made in safety with the aid of a ‘tunnelling’ service, which prevents any undesired connections. Through this connection, but exclusively on the Customer’s request, the Bottero technicians (authorised to carry out this service) can take control of the computers that contain the control and supervision applications of the appliances and the Bottero plants, in order to carry out all checks necessary to solve any problems.
