High performances Automatic line

Line 560 VLS-3HP differs for its high-levels of modularity, automation and use facility.

The line is a completely automatic machine: cutting cycle and disengagement foresees a set up and an automatic execution, the handling of the piece doesn't ask for operator’s help.

For each expected machine configuration, operator’s interface and axis control are managed by a PC with flat screen from 15 ".

All machine parameters are under the control of machine management unity and the production change happens through automatic reading of glass thickness with consequent automatic updating of machine parameters.

THE LINE IS COMPOSED BY FOLLOWING FUNCTIONAL GROUPS.

M00) Loading machine from moveable racks to the 560VLS with tilting arms

M01) Entry conveyer to the module "X" with positioning belt

M02) Cutting off module axis "X" from 3400mm.

M03) Entry conveyer to the module "Y"

M04) Cutting off module axis "Y" of 4600mm.

M05) Conveyer for manual unloading

Principal features of cut modules ("X" and "Y" axis)

Wide sizing on structural elements of cut and disengagement bridges and relative slide guides for sliding of cut and cutting off carriages: arc-welded components for structural parts, groups worked in aluminium for "dynamic" and precision elements.

Couple of bridges with automatic blocking device for cut and truncation of sheet and disengagement of PVB, to obtain a product with orthogonal cut and without splinters, as per BOTTERO’s patent.

Employment of a special gumming to allow successful separation of glass without risks of glass damages.

For separation of the pvb a Resistance HP is adopted; electric resistance to infrared rays. Physical characteristics of the infrared rays allow heating the P.V.B. without overheating the glass, avoiding therefore the breakages during following cut.
