WORKING CYCLE

• Load cutting pattern from optimization software or manually input data at onboard P.C.
• Load sheet onto tilting belt transfer table• Automatic transfer of glass sheet from loading table to cutting table
• Glass moves automatically to position of first cut• Glass and PVB thickness automatically detected
• Machine sets all cutting parameters automatically• Cutting cycle (score-breakout-PVB separation)
• While the sub-plate is waiting for subsequent cuts, the unworked portion of the sheet returns to the loading table
• Sub-plate automatically rotated
• Small finished sizes unloaded manually. Larger pieces or sub-plates unloaded on integrated tilting arms.
• Possibility to integrate system with auto unloading device

ALL OPERATIONS ARE FULLY AUTOMATIC

The operator intervention is only required to authorize automatic operations.
