Technical description

• The 889 type conveyor is available for single bed and tandem machines
• The air flow can have two different inlets: from the front or from the back of the beam
• The air flow for the dead plate and for the conveyor beam are separately adjustable
• A separate air conveyor grants higher cooling flexibility
• The adjustment of the conveyor cooling is possible every section or every two sections. The cooling is controlled by adjustable slide plates
• The dead plate cooling has additional adjustments for each section:
  1. “sliding plate” provides the possibility of manually adjusting for each cavity of the air flow arriving from the conveyor beam (double gob only)
  2. a time operated valve ON/OFF per cavity (double gob only)
  3. HI/LO cylinder provides the possibility of manually air flow minimum adjusting
• A fine height adjustment is available for the dead plate
• The conveyor height adjustment is electrically operated
• The conveyor extension can be equipped with under belt cooling
• The conveyor extension beam is telescopic in order to adjust to the final layout
