Technical description

• The 689 type conveyor is available for single bed and tandem machines
• The air flow can have two different inlets: from the front or from the back of the beam
• The same air is used for the dead plate and belt cooling, and the air flow is manually adjustable by means of a butterfly valve
• The conveyor cooling can be regulated every two sections. The cooling is controlled by adjustable slide plates
• The dead plate cooling has additional adjustments for each section:
  1. a manual butterfly valve that regulates the flow of air arriving from the conveyor beam
  2. a time operated valve ON/OFF
  3. HI/LO cylinder provides the possibility of manually air flow minimum adjusting
• A fine height adjustment is available on request for the dead plate
• The conveyor height adjustment can be electrically operated
• The conveyor extension can be equipped with under belt cooling
• The conveyor extension beam is telescopic in order to adjust to the final layout
