Section after section the IS machine receives the gobs in the blank moulds from the delivery system and shapes them into parisons. The parisons are then transferred to the blow side where they become bottles.
The IS machine can be configured in many different ways according to production requirement as well as users’ preference. Therefore pneumatic mechanisms can be flexibly mixed with servo mechanisms and proportional valves can be used to fine control the most delicate steps of the forming process.
