Technical description

The Bottero IG Butyl Machine can process frames from 6 to 24 mm width. The feeding nozzles can be positioned to deliver uniform sealing. Pneumatic operation of the butyl process is controlled by a PLC that electronically regulates the temperature of the butyl heaters. A timer enables the pre-heating of Butyl ahead of the start of operation. The height adjustable bench facilitates the work of the operator. Conveyor speed can reach 60 m/min. The machine is also available in a version with constant belt speed and fixed bench. The machine is preset for remot assistance.
