Technical description

Bottero IG automatic Butyl machine executes a high precision application of the primary sealant onto the spacing profiles used for insulating glass, including "Georgian bar" types. The machine electronically detects the size and thickness of the spacer frame, automatically adapting its working parameters. Once the Butyl has been layered, a special transport system moves the spacer frame into the positioning area. All operations are monitored by a self-diagnostics system. Any anomaly in the working cycle is detected and intervention measures are suggested.
