Technical description

The Bottero IG Vertical Arrising Machine performs a soft seaming of arrises. The machine is mainly made of stainless steel as it operates in a wet environment. The grinding operation uses cross-belts to perform a chamfer that does not stress the glass, hence suitable for glass to be tempered or assembled into a double or triple glazed IG units. The machine automatically processes glass thickness from 3 to 20 mm. Arrising is performed on all 4 sides and each face of a panel. Grinding belts automatically adjust to glass thickness.
