Description of the machine

• It is a completely automatic machine for loading sheets of glass from racks and then unloading them onto a tilting machine, which can be either fixed or mobile.
• The structure of the automatic overhead loading machine can be divided in: head (X axis movement), gantry, carriage (Y axis movement), suction cup frame (C and Z axes movement), axis C (frame rotation), axis Z (suction cup frame ascent/descent), axis V (inclination change)
• The position of the suction cups on the carriage can be changed by hand. If the company power supply fails, the suction cups are able to maintain their grip on the glass sheet for at least 10 minutes, thanks to a suitable tank
• The entire control system of the loading area is managed by a control panel
• Bottero numeric control based on real time PC on Windows platform
• Operator panel with alphanumeric display + dedicated function keys, incorporated into the line control or for remote use on console
• Updated in real time on internal database
• Automatic, semiautomatic or manual operating mode
• Combination with classifier is an included optional
• The available options are telescopic arms, pick-up from intermodal racks, automating filling of the warehouse, automatic spacers removal device, glass detachment blower, device to extend the vacuum time
• Modular panel safety systems which guarantee the maximum protection of the operator during the automatic working cycles
• Motors equipped with brakes
• Hardware safety circuits through special safety modules
• Electromechanical/hardware locks on the machines which guarantee the complete safety of the operator after entering the warehouse area
