Description of the machine

• It is an automatic machine for the loading of glass from a rack and subsequent unloading on a loading machine
• The structure of the automatic overhead loading machine can be divided in: head (X axis movement), gantry, carriage (Y axis movement), suction cup frame (C and Z axes movement), axis Z (suction cup frame ascent/descent), axis V (inclination change)
• Bottero numeric control based on real time PC on Windows platform
• Operator panel with alphanumeric display + dedicated function keys, incorporated into the line control or for remote use on console
• Updated in real time on internal database
• Automatic, semiautomatic or manual operating mode
• Modular panel safety systems which guarantee the maximum protection of the operator during the automatic working cycles
• Motors equipped with brakes
• Hardware safety circuits through special safety modules
• Electromechanical/hardware locks on the machines which guarantee the complete safety of the operator after entering the warehouse area
• The available options are connection with movable rack(s), loading from ‘A’ racks, low-e unloading, device for thick glass, signal for vacuum cups
