Technical description

Feeding

Gantry with pivoting frame to take from “A” and “L” racks and unload on shuttle in “Tin” or “Air side” mode. Tilting arm shuttle for quick handling of big plates and full automatic management of wide storehouses feeding glass processing lines.

Unloading

The use of 6-axis robots with suction cup frame allows a quick handling of plates both in “landscape” or “portrait” configuration, with no need of special positioning of the plates, which is whereas required for traditional unloading systems.
