Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law without having regard to the application of the provisions concerning the conflict of laws. The Court of Cuneo shall have sole jurisdiction for any dispute connected with these General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions are drafted in the Italian and in the English language. In the case of any differences in construction between such two versions, the Italian language version shall prevail.
