| The after-sales service is efficient and highly skilled in order to meet the production needs of customers and the specific features of machines that operate a continuous cycle for many years except for short pauses because of job changes or routine maintenance. After delivery the Bottero engineers devote themselves to the training of the customer’s machine operators both at Bottero site and in the factory where they have been installed. The constant availability of spare parts (go to the Spare Parts section) makes it possible to supply them when they are required very rapidly. |

Customer Service
"HOT LINE" service is not available on Christmas, New Year's eve, Easter and the 15th August. We are pleased to inform you that are now available two repair services(*):
(*) Note: your parts must be repairable, both in warranty period and out of warranty period The REMOTE ASSISTANCE SERVICE is based on the connection between a computer on the production line and a remote computer located in the Bottero Customer Service Office; the connection is carry out by mean of two dedicated VPN servers. Upon customer's request, the Bottero service engineers will be able to take control of the computer located in the production plant in order to perform operations like software upgrade, line monitoring, etc. For more details read the brochure REMOTE ASSISTANCE SERVICE.
